DOES MY GENERATOR NEED SERVICING?
If your generator operates less than 30% of its nameplate kW rating for at least 30 minutes each month, it most likely requires a service. We recommend an annual service for optimal performance.
We use load banks (a specialised electrical apparatus) to deliver an artificial "load" to test performance. The results of this test will diagnose any corrective action needed.
